Young People, Adults & Families

I work with adolescents, adults, and families, providing both individual and family-based support.

I offer counselling sessions focused on supporting you through personal challenges, emotional wellbeing, relationship concerns, and life transitions in a safe and confidential space.

I also support young people with challenges related to identity, emotional regulation, relationships, and school pressures.

In addition, I support individuals and families from diverse cultural backgrounds, including working with migrant families who may have experienced trauma, displacement, or significant life transitions. I aim to provide culturally sensitive care that respects your background, values, and lived experience.

My Approach

My work is person-centred, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive, grounded in creating a safe and respectful space where you feel heard and understood, whether through online or face-to-face counselling. I aim to build a strong therapeutic relationship that supports meaningful and lasting change.

What to Expect

Clients often describe me as approachable, honest, and deeply committed.

My goal is to help you feel supported as you navigate challenges, develop practical coping strategies, and gain a clearer understanding of yourself and your experiences.
